Through our ride through engagement season and moving right into wedding season we have been blessed to see and begin to implement some interesting and not so run of the mill floral décor that has been seen popping up here and there along the Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida circuit.  Please be inspired and feel free to reach out for more detailed information on achieving these looks for your special day.

Metallic Floral Arrangements are popping up  in formal tuxedo weddings all over the south.  These versatile little wonders are available in copper, silver, gold plated and rose gold.  They can be accented and beautifully incorporated in your wedding in a variety of ways from your head dressing to your dress. Adding this particular element to your bouquet, wedding shoes and reception centerpieces are a big trend this season that we don't see losing steam any time soon.

Hanging Floral Streams  are also a trend we are seeing for inside ceremonies and receptions in 2018 that works best when brides want to bring nature inside.  Adding floral landscapes are a great way to utilize empty spaces in venues that are great for you but need a little more visual episodes to make your décor dream complete.

One of the most creative elements included in your big day are your flowers.  Whether you choose to go lush with head to toe large head open diamond point roses as far as the eye can see or go with a minimalistic look framing the  beauty of a single seasonal bloom, your floral arrangements or lack thereof say volumes about your personality and your style as a couple.

Violet, Pantone's 2018 Color of the Year.  Brides are incorporating  this vivid purple into their ceremony and reception are in luck when it comes to options for wedding flowers. If you desire a bold bouquet, consider using purple hydrangeas, purple lisianthus or lavender roses. Veronica, lavender and statice are lovely deep purple flower options for the pew markers and altar flowers, as well as filler for the bouquets and centerpieces.

Low Centerpieces are for brides that have their bells and whistles throughout their wedding layout and have opted for small intimate puffs of floral representation on their guests tables, head tables and some cake and gift tables.  These arrangements allow for a more intimate and cozy piece to your wedding.  Allowing guests seated at the same table to have conversation easy and comfortably without the neck wringing of having to look and speak around tall and towering centerpieces.

Floral Hoops for bouquets are our favorite new trend.  This versatile and easy to incorporate wedding must have is becoming a staple for forward thinking in weddings for 2018.  We are not only using this trend in our upcoming bridal fashion show participation in Atlanta this summer but have also featured this flirty and unique trend in two of our summer weddings.  Our brides love this trend and we see it picking up steam this wedding season.  This look can be accomplished using any firm wire that can be covered or painted or braided then threaded with your desired floral arrangement.  Silk flowers work best with this look as real flowers do no allow for much manipulation.  Infuse this new trend in your bouquets, floral headbands, hoop earrings, round floral rings for groomsmen or in our next floral trend as a background or alter alternative.

Floral Alter Hoops and Infinity Floral Love  Circles represent our most favorite trend for 2018.  The eternal circle of love represented in the center of the ceremony as background for the couple is the new romantic element we are seeing in a lot of weddings because the easy and versatile way it can be incorporated in simple wedding décor.   This trend can be dressed up with roses, hydrangeas and tulips to carry down the aisle or as a giant love circle at the alter.  On the more casual side this floral circle and be used to decorate the walls of a birthday party or as a girly party favor at that special birthday celebration.  Use this look at your next event to stay on trend this event season.
